Extend your healthy habits beyond January!
Health guru Cassandra Bodzak is on a mission to get everyone healthy, happy and having their cake and eating it, too. Bodzak, 26, is a health coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and also runs GoSweetandSkinny.com, a website filled with yummy recipes, helpful tips and information. The Long Island City resident, originally from New Jersey, has a passion for teaching others how to practice a healthy lifestyle and how to achieve it without strict diets and extreme weight loss. Bodzak started to blog her recipes and tips and spreading the word that healthy does not mean being on a restrictive diet, but that healthy is simply eating clean foods and mindfulness and Bodzak puts a big emphasis on selecting foods that are local, organic and GMO-free.
If you are interested in a free 30-minute breakthrough session which serves as an introduction for both the potential client and the coach, to see if you are compatible, contact Bodzak here.
